Whether you’re dressing up for a festive gathering or heading to your relatives to relax, I’ve curated a selection of Thanksgiving outfits that are ready to shop and will arrive just in time. I can’t rave enough about this stunning Ralph Lauren dress I wore for Friendsgiving; it’s a timeless piece that I plan to wear for years, and it looks fantastic with both flats and heels. To elevate the look, I paired it with a beautiful necklace and delicate earrings from Ana Luisa, who is currently offering up to 35% off sale for Black Friday and Cyber Monday (purchased a few pieces as gifts!). This combination created a chic yet comfortable outfit for celebrating at home. Next week, my outfit will take a different turn as we’re headed to Puerto Rico for a family-filled Thanksgiving focused on rest and relaxation—I truly can’t wait!

The perfect everyday jewelry staple dipped in 14K gold with the prettiest dainty chain. I especially love that it’s water resistant and hypoallergenic. Even better is it’s $75 price tag!

Cognac Suede Platform Sandals

Prada’s iconic geometric shape of the triangle logo embellishes these suede sandals with sophisticated charm. The contemporary high-heeled platform silhouette is completed with refined ankle straps. While these platforms are ‘spendy’ I lean towards these platforms over any other heel in my closet, making them worth every penny!

I’m thrilled to share our 2024 Friendsgiving tablescape! Friendsgiving has truly become a cherished tradition for us—an occasion we eagerly anticipate each year, surrounded by friends who feel more like family. There’s so much joy in hosting, planning, and bringing it all together—Curt as the chef, and me as the decorator. Of course, none of this would be possible without our amazing friends, who each contribute a delicious dish, making the meal extra special. I highly recommend this collaborative approach when hosting a larger group! Each year I decide on a theme or color scheme before I plan my Friendsgiving decorations, this year I honed in on chocolate brown with hints of green and maroon – see more in our invitation below.

I’m also incredibly grateful to my friend Sarah Bridgeman for capturing stunning photos of our finished table, and to The Plot for creating the gorgeous florals that completed the look. It was nearly impossible to choose just a few photos, so I may have gotten a little carried away with the selection below! But hopefully they will provide plenty of inspiration for next year’s fall or Friendsgiving decorations…

And lastly, our digital Friendsgiving invitation designed by Sarah Gross Design. I wanted something that felt elevated and inviting. Our friends know just how *particular* I am and know I love color coordination. This year’s dress code color was placed in the florals and everyone arrived dressed to impress, kidos included!

How I Styled My Oversized Coffee Table with Alice Lane Home

I’m excited to partner with Alice Lane Home to style this oversized marble coffee table in our formal living room. With such a large piece, I wanted to make sure it looked well styled but not too crowded – something I see too often with pieces this size. To add dimension, I focused on coffee table books, a large tray (which can be used for future entertaining), a lucite book display and a beautiful jar (also used as a vase), to add color. For scent, I added this candle displayed on a chic clawfoot tray with a classic candle snuffer and lastly, this gorgeous frame with one of my favorite wedding memories!

Temple Jar

Create a tasteful, cultured look with this rounded temple jar. It boasts large painted symbols offset by delicate flowers, intricate stems, and lined patterns. Its traditional blue and white coloring styles beautifully with faux stems and greenery, lending a fresh, versatile design. It felt like the perfect pop of color for our more neutral toned coffee table.

This book is a complete catalog of Tom Ford’s design work for both Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent from 1994 to 2004. It explores Ford’s grand vision for the complete design of a brand, including architecture, store design, and advertising. The bold design of the hardcover book creates an exceptional accent piece for a coffee table.

When my favorite things collide – a beautiful tablescape, Dior and lily of the valley. It was incredible to style this gorgeous dinnerware, glassware and linen for Dior Maison. More details below along with the exact pieces used to create this table.

This large dinner plate is designed in an extra fine Limoges porcelain with green Lily of the Valley motif, revisited for the occasion of May 1 – but appreciated year round. Lily of the valley was a lucky charm for Mr. Dior, who always carried a sprig in his pocket during fashion shows.

These gorgeous water glasses engraved with the Lily of the Valley motif can be used for more than just water – our guests enjoyed their red and white wine as well!
